b. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your username and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
c. You agree not to use our services for any illegal, unauthorized, or prohibited purposes, including but not limited to violating any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
a. Product availability is subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer.

a. All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on our website are the property of MSP Webcrafts or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
b. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or modify any content from our website without our explicit written consent.
a. Our products and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties, express or implied.
b. We do not warrant that our services will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
a. In no event shall MSP Webcrafts or its affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use our products or services.
b. You agree that our maximum liability to you for any claim, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the products or services in question.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MSP Webcrafts, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising from your use of our products or services or violation of these Terms & Conditions.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The updated Terms will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services after the changes will signify your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Also, as per the Government Regulations, to avail the benefit of the subsidy under Phase II (if applicable) of the Faster Adoption and Manufacturing of Hybrid and Electric Vehicles (FAME II), Aadhaar Card is mandatory. The Aadhar card submitted can be used only once to avail a FAME II subsidy, if the subsidy had been availed in the past, the user shall not be eligible. MSP Webcrafts reserves the right to alter/change the terms and conditions of the process/ offer without prior notice at its sole discretion as and when considered necessary. In an event of the demise of user, the booking of the MSP Webcrafts vehicle stands cancelled and the booking amount will be refunded as per MSP Webcrafts’s refund policy. In case of any dispute, inconvenience or loss occurs due to user negligence, non-compliance or breach of applicable law, the user agrees to indemnify MSP Webcrafts, the lending partner and the Dealership. In the case of non-individual user, delivery shall be made to the same authorized signatory, who booked the MSP Webcrafts MOTORS vehicles. user agrees to defend, indemnify and hold MSP Webcrafts MOTORS harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising from or related to user’s use of the Platform. Unless otherwise specified, the platform and its contents thereof are displayed solely for the purpose of promoting MSP Webcrafts’s products and services. In case of any dispute relating to the transaction or any other matter arising for use of this Platform for the purpose of booking, the same will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate Court at Faridabad (Haryana). MSP Webcrafts reserves the right to amend these Terms and/ or withdraw or discontinue the online booking service without prior notice. Non-acceptance of any of these terms and conditions will result in disqualification of vehicle booking. The offer to make a booking of the MSP Webcrafts vehicle subject to these terms and conditions is optional and the user may choose not to book the MSP Webcrafts vehicle in response to the offer.
The user agrees, understands and acknowledges that transmission of information through internet is not a secure means of sending information and the same may be subject to tampering and unauthorized access, fraudulently or mistakenly written, altered or sent, and not be received in whole or in part by the intended recipient and which may affect the availability and performance of this online facility provided by MSP Webcrafts. Accordingly, the user shall not hold MSP Webcrafts liable for any loss/damage, whether direct or indirect, arising out of or resulting from such tampering and unauthorized access, frauds, mistakes, etc. The user authorizes MSP Webcrafts to exchange or share information and details relating to the user’s booking of the MSP Webcrafts vehicle to the Dealership, MSP Webcrafts’s group companies and other third-party agents/representatives as may be required or as it may deem fit for the purpose of facilitating the booking and/or related offerings or other products/services that the user may apply for from time to time. The user agrees and confirms that the user shall not hold MSP Webcrafts (or any of its group companies or its/their agents/representatives) liable for use/sharing of such information. The user understands that by sharing the user’s contact information, the user hereby provides consent for receiving communications from MSP Webcrafts, its group companies, agents/ representatives in relation to the MSP Webcrafts vehicle including promotional communications through any mode (including without limitation through telephone calls/SMSs/WhatsApp/Emails). The user confirms that the user shall not challenge receipt of such communications as unsolicited communication, defined under TRAI Regulations on Unsolicited Commercial Communications. The user understands and undertakes to keep the user’s credentials including order details/ booking information, as confidential and shall not share the same with any third party. Any use or misuse of the same including the transactions carried shall be the sole responsibility of the user and MSP Webcrafts shall not be held responsible for any loss/damage incurred on account of such use, misuse and/or transactions.
MSP Webcrafts or our Dealer may communicate the estimated delivery period for the Vehicle and shall make all commercially reasonable efforts to deliver the Vehicle within the specified delivery period as provided for on MSP Webcrafts’s website or as communicated by MSP Webcrafts or its Dealer at the time of accepting these Terms. Any change or delay in the delivery period shall be notified to You by Us or our Dealer as the case may be. We or Dealer will not be liable for any claims, damages, losses, costs or expenses incurred/suffered by You due to delay in delivery of the Vehicle for any reason whatsoever. Parties hereby agree that time is not of essence in these Terms. If You are unable to take delivery within the specified period, Your booked Vehicle may be made available for sale to other customers. The Vehicle shall be delivered to You only upon completion of the formalities and receipt of Final Price of the Vehicle.
MSP Webcrafts retains the right to revise the specification, standard fitment and/or accessories of/for the MSP Webcrafts vehicle or introduce new variants or their versions or discontinue earlier variants or versions without any prior notice or information. MSP Webcrafts will not be responsible for any delay, loss or non-receipt of online booking information or any other form of submission not contemplated herein MSP Webcrafts reserves the right to change the Dealership for the purpose of sale and delivery of the MSP Webcrafts vehicle as selected by the user and the same shall be communicated to the user through email/message. Irrespective of the payment method selected, the waiting period and the tentative delivery slot are communicated by MSP Webcrafts prior to the user making payment of the booking amount. For priority in the selected delivery slot, users are requested to complete the KYC (where applicable) and relevant paperwork process at the Dealership at the earliest. However, it is subjected to availability of vehicles. The price of vehicle shall be applicable as prevailing on the date of delivery of vehicle to the user. Tentative delivery slot as given/to be given to the user is subject to change without notification at the sole discretion of MSP Webcrafts.
On completion of payment of the booking amount in accordance with the selected plan: The user must complete the verification of documents atleast 7 days prior to delivery at dealership. Please note, if the user fails to make payment in a timely manner in accordance with the My MSP Webcrafts Plan selected by the user and confirmed by the lending partner, MSP Webcrafts reserves the right to disconnect the user’s access to the MSP Webcrafts MOTORS vehicle and stall it from being used till payment is completed to the satisfaction of the lending partner. Further, failure to make payment may result in repossession (applicable to owners with My MSP Webcrafts Plan). The booking amount paid by the user in accordance with the selected plan by the user is made through a payment gateway and accordingly the user is subject to the terms and conditions as provided by the payment gateway intermediary/ merchant service provider. MSP Webcrafts shall not be responsible for any non-payment or wrong payment/accuracy or completeness of the information, services or process of the third party site.
